Happenings around the island

Here are a few pictures of interesting happenings around the island. Our day campers visited the fire department a few days ago, and today we got to watch a Coast Guard training exercise from the beach.

OSI Art/Service Project

The OSI (Orkila Summer Interns) designed and created this mosaic-like rock sculpture of a majestic orca whale.  It's located right next to the main office and the basketball court.  Awesome.

Dan Jay was not an OSI service project, but he was painted blue for a recent all camp event!
