We totally lucked out at Camp Orkila this week because the weather was so fantastic, despite the looming predictions of rain. Meridian Park groups all went on a Beach Walk and on group six’s excursion they stumbled upon a baby Pacific Red Octopus. Upon returning from their walk, they noticed that the octopus had slithered back into the Salish Sea.
