Sailing Expedition!
Camp Orkila is home to many activities other than what goes on in traditional camp. Over the summer different types of expedition trips go out for a week or more at a time. Alumni Campfire
Tonights closing campfire was this years Alumni Camp Fire. Campers had a fun time with songs and games from the past, and many beloved alumni members reunited and shared a unforgettable night back at Orkila!

Session 5 Fun!
Session 5 has been a great week so far. Campers are enjoying the warm weather along with all the wonders of Camp Orkila. We look forward to spending more time with these awesome campers and creating even more memories.

Session 4 Slideshow!
Last night marked the end of another fabulous week here at Camp Orkila. As campers sat back and ate their final dinner in the lodge they were able to reflect on the memories made which were all brought together in the slideshow. We know all the campers had a great time and we hope to see them back next summer!
Welcome Home Islanders!
Yesterday a huge group of campers and staff awaited the arrival of the Islanders. They have been kayaking around the San Juans for the last month. They made it home safely after crazy storms and thick fog. All members are back at camp happily enjoying their first showers in 4 weeks!

Expedition Adventure!
As campers continue to have a great time here at Camp Orkila, great things are also happening all around! After leading an amazing trip, a member of the Teen Expedition Staff recently went on a hike at Mt. Rainer and snapped this awesome photo at the summit with the Teen Expedition burgee. The staffer is now back and ready to lead some more awesome trips!

Session 4 Is Here!
Just a few hour ago campers in Session 4 stepped off the bus to arrive here at Camp Orkila! We are so excited to have them and we are ready to have another fantastic week!
Staff 'Stache Day
This past week it was a campers wish to have all staff spend a day with awesome mustaches. Their wish was granted!
Movie Making with Mt. Baker Session 3
In the beginning of the week we spent the morning with the Mt. Baker unit. They had a brainstorming party where all the campers put their heads together and came up with the script and screen play for this "Public Service Announcement". The campers chose sock stealing deer at their topic of choice. Watch what the kids help put together this week. It was a blast filming with Baker!
